Cookies

A short guide to what the supplied website code stores—and what your browser may manage separately.

Effective: 2026

Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website can ask your browser to retain and return with later requests. Local storage and session storage are different browser mechanisms that scripts may use to keep information. They can support preferences or other functionality, but can also be used for tracking.

The supplied site code

The supplied HTML, CSS, and JavaScript do not set cookies, use local storage or session storage, include analytics, or load advertising trackers. The mobile menu state and scroll-reveal state exist only in the current page. The contact tool keeps a prepared note in page memory until it is changed or the page is left.

No lesson requires a tracking preference, account, or persistent identifier. The supplied site has no embedded social widgets, remote fonts, or third-party media players.

Deployment-level services

A hosting platform, security service, or separately provided consent interface may add behavior outside these static files. This notice describes the supplied website code rather than making an unverified promise about every infrastructure component. Any additional cookies or storage should be disclosed with their actual purpose, provider, duration, and available controls in the deployed service’s information.

If a separate consent interface is shown, use its controls for the choices it describes. Necessary service functions may be treated differently from optional analytics or advertising under applicable law.

Clipboard, downloads, and browser features

Copying a workshop note places text on your device’s clipboard when permitted. Downloading creates a plain-text file. These actions are not cookies, but the resulting information can remain on your device until you remove it.

Your browser may also cache site files, offer autofill, restore a form, or retain browsing history. Those are browser-managed features, not a draft-saving facility built into the contact tool. On a shared device, check your browser and clipboard settings before entering personal information.

Your controls

Most browsers let you inspect and delete site data, limit cookies, disable autofill, and clear cached files through their privacy or site-settings menus. Disabling JavaScript prevents the note-building controls and mobile menu toggle from working; the lesson text and navigation links remain available.

Deleting browser data does not remove an email you sent or a file you downloaded. Manage those separately in your email service and device storage.
